*Mail in 2 copies of your master disc whenever possible.
IMPORTANT: In order to process your order without any delays, all orders must include the following:
- • Signed Quote or Purchase Order
• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Form
• Master Disc (We accept CD-R/ROM, DVD-R/ROM or DLT Tape)
• Artwork Files (Upload or email to artwork@disccreations.com)
• Payment (By phone or online)
